Session 1: General Squads Onboarding

Quick Summary
1. Squad introductions and activations will begin after August 21st. You will receive an email with the subject line Your Squad Is Ready
2. Prepare for your Squad by reflecting and clarifying your goals for the season. You can utilize the Squad Goals Worksheet to support the brainstorming process.
3. All Squad members agree to the Squads Code of Conduct and to attend the 12 weekly Squad meetings. If you need to miss a meeting, please be proactive with communicating this to your Squad and Squad Mod.
4. During your Squad Kickoff Meeting, you will agree to a Hot Topic for the following week. You can familiarize yourself with the Hot Topics here.
